If you’ve witnessed any kind of suspicious or criminal activity in the Village of Wauconda, please submit the following online ANONYMOUS form to the Wauconda Police Department.

PLEASE NOTE: Filing an anonymous tip is NOT the same as making a police report.  The Wauconda Police Department is not obligated to create a report soley based on an anonymous tip.
